Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:15pm in the clubhouse.  In the event a change in schedule is required it will be posted here.
 

• 11/03/23 - Please be advised that the November 2023 Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled.  They will meet on Tuesday November 14, 2023 at 6:15pm in the clubhouse.
   

• 6/16/22 – Please be advised the tonight’s meeting of the Board of Directors has been rescheduled.  They will meet on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 6:15pm.

• 7/06/20 - Until further notice, attendance at board meetings will require that you wear a mask and practice social distancing.

 

• 5/22/20 - With Regret:  Due to Covid 19 concerns, the pool, clubhouse, and patio will be closed until further notice.  We will continue to monitor guidance from the state and local government and revisit periodically.

• 1/16 20 - A reminder that the monthly condo fee of $295 remains unchanged for 2020.

• 9/19/19 - Please be advised that the October 2019 Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled.  They will meet on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 6:15pm in the clubhouse.
